Machine Operator I – Second Shift

The Machine Operator I role is onsite in Gaffney, SC, with starting pay of $15 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, second shift, 2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m. The role supports Prime Line, S&S Activewear’s hard goods division, in producing promotional products. The operator runs and adjusts machinery, checks product quality, troubleshoots equipment, and records production information. The work helps maintain accurate, consistent output and supports timely customer delivery.

What you'll do

• Adjust machines during production runs
• produce items with accurate image alignment and imprint quality
• identify defects and make machine adjustments
• troubleshoot equipment
• perform breakdown, cleaning, and changeover procedures
• communicate production notes and machine status at shift transitions
• record production quantities electronically
• use required PPE and maintain a safe, organized work area
• notify supervisors of issues affecting production or delivery.
