Experienced Line Cook — Seasonal Part-Time

The Experienced Line Cook role is onsite in Bozeman, MT, and is seasonal part-time from June through August. Pay is $25–$35 per hour. The cook joins Gallatin River Lodge’s farm-to-table restaurant team, which prepares scratch-made dishes with fresh, local ingredients. The role prepares menu items to recipe and quality standards while supporting safe, organized kitchen operations and timely service. It contributes to the restaurant’s culinary experience through teamwork, plating, ingredient storage, and inventory support.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• collaborate with kitchen team members
• assist with plating and presentation
• manage time during peak service
• support inventory management and proper ingredient storage.
