What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day grant implementation and oversight
• develop and monitor the strategic plan
• supervise grant-funded staff
• manage budget allocations
• monitor program outcomes and data
• prepare grant reports
• coordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners
• facilitate staff training
• and ensure services follow trauma-informed and evidence-informed practices. Regular travel throughout New Hanover County is required.
