What you'll do

• Represent lenders and borrowers in financing transactions
• advise on private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured credit, receivables, distressed, and growth capital financings
• draft, review, and negotiate financing documents
• conduct legal due diligence
• assist with transaction structuring and execution
• coordinate with multidisciplinary legal teams
• manage multiple transactions and client relationships.
