What you'll do

• Advise on portfolio tax matters
• manage tax risk across investments and managed entities
• oversee tax compliance and external providers
• support acquisitions, disposals, and major transactions
• advise investment teams throughout the investment lifecycle
• coordinate acquisition tax diligence, structuring, documentation, and rulings
• review tax assumptions in financial models
• contribute to investment committee and board materials
• coordinate and review tax returns
• maintain transfer pricing documentation
• monitor tax law developments
• contribute to staff training
• and coordinate tax authority reviews and audits.
