Accounts Receivable Specialist (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Monitor open receivables and customer payment behavior
• manage reminders and collection follow-up
• coordinate with external collection agencies when needed
• apply incoming cash and reconcile payments to invoices
• investigate discrepancies and resolve disputes
• escalate overdue accounts
• prepare aging and DSO reports and identify potential bad debt risks
• handle billing and invoicing
• support month-end close and revenue recognition
• coordinate with Finance and Operational Client Management.

Why this role
