What you'll do

  • Provide residential care and 24-hour supervision
  • support activities of daily living and social-emotional skills
  • document progress and incidents
  • facilitate skills and activity groups
  • coordinate with educators, providers, guardians, and caregivers
  • assist with intake and treatment-plan goals
  • administer prescribed medications according to procedures
  • maintain records and safe conditions
  • work one-to-one with youth on life skills.
