Quality Improvement Manager

The Quality Improvement Manager role is onsite in Waltham, MA, with compensation of $65,000–$70,000 per year. This manager plans and carries out quality improvement projects across Springwell programs, analyzes outcome measures, monitors performance against contract requirements, and identifies opportunities to improve services. The role also supports quality committees and meetings and supervises Quality team staff.
