The Production Mix Operator, Spice and Seasoning, First Shift role is onsite in Reno, NV. Compensation is $18 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The role supports spice and seasoning production through Reno Staffing’s placement with a manufacturer in South Reno. The operator measures ingredients, runs blending and packaging equipment, and checks batches against quality and food-safety requirements. Accurate recipes, records, sanitation, and allergen controls help maintain consistent products and meet daily production goals.

What you'll do

• Verify and add raw ingredients to mixers using batch cards and operator direction
• operate blending and packaging machinery
• package blends to specified weights
• perform visual quality checks and product labeling
• monitor flavor, aroma, and texture consistency
• follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and BRC food-safety guidelines
• clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• sample blends against specifications
• complete production records, batch reports, and inventory logs
• handle allergens to prevent cross-contamination
• support continuous improvement and daily production goals.
