What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify wireless needs

• help customers set up devices and troubleshoot issues
• stay informed about promotions and products
• provide customer service and resolve questions
• maintain store organization and visual presentation
• support inventory and displays
• follow secure transaction policies
• participate in training and collaborate with the team.
