Industrial Plant Mechanic, Frac Sand Operations

The Industrial Plant Mechanic role is onsite at a frac sand processing facility in Bainville, MT, near Williston, ND. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour. The mechanic supports safe, reliable plant operations by maintaining and repairing processing equipment.

What you'll do

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant machinery
• perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, screens, bearings, and hydraulic systems
• diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• respond to breakdowns
• replace worn components
• assist with equipment installation
• perform light welding and fabrication as needed
• conduct safety inspections
• support production goals and MSHA compliance.
