What you'll do

• Answer incoming patient calls
• provide clinic and service information
• schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments
• update patient demographics
• document communications in the electronic scheduling system
• route medical requests to clinical teams
• escalate concerns to triage nurses or other clinical staff
• transfer calls and help reduce hold times
• protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements.
