Job overview

The Manager, Global Revenue Planning and Strategy role is remote within the United States. The base pay range is $114,400–$157,300 annually; the role may also be eligible for equity compensation and/or bonus incentives. The position is part of Procore’s Revenue Operations (Global Revenue Strategy & Planning) team and reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

What you'll do

• Lead the annual global revenue planning cycle and coordinate work across executive leadership, FP&A, corporate strategy, and revenue operations. Own planning methodology, governance, milestones, and the global planning playbook
• oversee bookings, headcount, capacity, and costing models
• operationalize go-to-market segmentation
• align pipeline targets with Marketing and SDR/ISR leaders
• and establish submission templates, reconciliation workflows, and reporting bridges to financial targets.
