What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meals, and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Check and record vital signs, height, and weight as instructed, and report variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Respond to call lights, check on residents who cannot call for help, assist with walking, and perform restorative or rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
