What you'll do

• Lead commercial real estate or corporate business transactions
• advise on commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
• structure, draft, and negotiate joint venture and asset or stock purchase agreements and related documents
• manage negotiations, due diligence, and closings
• maintain and grow client relationships
• independently manage client matters and collaborate with legal professionals when appropriate
• develop the practice through existing relationships, referrals, and new business opportunities.
