Senior Cash Management Specialist

The Senior Cash Management Specialist role is onsite in Lincoln, NE. Compensation is $22.70 per hour. The role supports defi SOLUTIONS’ auto clients and its loan origination, servicing, and managed servicing operations. The specialist processes and balances transactions, researches complex account issues, and provides client documentation and support. The role helps meet client financial objectives and daily and month-end processing expectations while assisting colleagues and providing direction when needed.

What you'll do

• Provide client backup documentation according to client parameters and state requirements
• meet daily and month-end deadlines
• provide direction to others and back up managerial duties when needed
• research and resolve complex accounts
• assist collection team members
• process cardholder transactions, mail payments, balance transfers, and accounting entries
• complete account and general-ledger payments and transactional research
• maintain databases and Excel spreadsheets
• balance daily processing and resolve out-of-balance conditions
• receive and post phone payments
• assist with problematic accounts.
