Social Worker MSW (Per Diem) - PACE

This is a per diem/on call position. This position will see participants in south of Snohomish county to south of King county. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, provides social work services to participants in a manner which is consistent with the mission and core values of Providence Health System. Spends a majority of time in direct service activities within the Center, including one-on
