What you'll do

• Oversee multi-site operations, service delivery, cleanliness, safety, and technology uptime
• own regional P&L, budgeting, reforecasting, labor efficiency, and expense control
• monitor operational dashboards and resolve location-level anomalies
• recruit, coach, and retain operational teams
• serve as escalation point for property owners and real estate partners
• support new deals, facility handoffs, and onboarding
• conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard resolution
• travel locally across the regional portfolio.
