What you'll do

• Counsel early-stage and growth-stage companies on general corporate matters
• advise venture-backed companies through formation, later-stage development, and liquidity events
• represent companies and investors in venture capital financings
• draft, review, and negotiate corporate and transactional documents
• provide day-to-day legal and strategic advice
• collaborate across corporate and transactional practices
• develop client relationships
• participate in speaking engagements and business development.
