What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• provide medication reminders according to prescribed schedules
• assist with meal planning and preparation and encourage nutrition and hydration
• provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments or social activities
• observe and report health changes
• document care and notable observations.
