Security Shift Supervisor – Manufacturing Facility

The Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Redford, MI, primarily during evenings and nights, with weekend availability required. Pay is $21.42 per hour, paid weekly. What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on the assigned shift
• provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved authority
• coordinate service delivery at the customer site
• act as liaison between site supervisor, account manager or field operations manager, and security officers
• handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• prepare written reports and logs.
