What you'll do

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions
• support deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing
• draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents
• identify corporate, contractual, and transactional issues
• coordinate transaction processes with specialists
• advise clients on transaction structure and execution
• manage significant components of transactions.
