What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, collections, invoicing, and general ledger
• lead month- and year-end close and financial reporting
• maintain internal controls
• collaborate on budgets, benchmarks, and reporting standards
• ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with management, tax advisors, and legal counsel
• analyze data for budgeting and forecasting
• lead the accounting team
• manage ERP and accounting systems
• review reconciliations and journal entries
• improve payroll processes
• and participate in leadership discussions.
