What you'll do

• Plan and direct maintenance, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance activities
• lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel
• maintain knowledge of plant systems and equipment, including refrigeration, electrical, air and piping systems, PLCs, filling and packaging equipment, and support systems
• ensure reliable operation of plant utilities
• analyze maintenance, production, and quality data to identify issues and improvements
• manage maintenance resources, budgets, projects, and equipment needs
• collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and management.
