Early Morning Certified Personal Trainer / Small Group Training Coach

The Early Morning Certified Personal Trainer / Small Group Training Coach role is onsite in Roselle, IL. Compensation is hourly with commission opportunities, but numeric pay is not specified. The coach works with Anytime Fitness members and leads sessions as early as 5 a.m. throughout the week. The role delivers one-on-one and small-group workouts, adapts pre-built programs to client needs, and supports member onboarding and relationships. It contributes to members’ fitness goals and to a welcoming club experience through coaching, account updates, and collaboration with the team.

What you'll do

• Deliver personal training sessions and lead small-group workouts
• follow pre-built workout programs and personalize them to client needs
• use an assessment and sales process to identify suitable programs and get clients started
• build member relationships and assist with onboarding
• maintain a clean, welcoming training environment
• update member accounts in computer systems
• participate in the club’s social media presence
• work early-morning sessions as early as 5 a.m. and maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
