Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is onsite in Auburn, IN. Compensation is $70,000–$90,000 per year. The role provides quality leadership and guidance to supervisors and inspectors at CCT Manufacturing Solutions. The manager maintains quality systems and supports new and transferred programs by ensuring completion of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities. The role also oversees process checks, management reviews, auditor training and audits, safety audit participation as required, blueprint and gage interpretation, and annual validations.

What you'll do

• Provide management-system leadership and guidance to quality supervisors and inspectors
• ensure completion of PPAP processes for new and transfer programs
• conduct process checks and monthly management reviews
• train auditors and conduct audits
• participate in safety audits and surveys as required
• interpret blueprints, gages, PPAP, and annual validations
• serve as management representative for IATF.
