What you'll do

• Manage project execution from contract award through closeout
• validate budgets, contract requirements, risks, and execution plans
• manage subcontractor and supplier procurement
• maintain schedules and address delays
• monitor costs, productivity, cash flow, and profitability
• manage RFIs, submittals, change processes, billing, and contract requirements
• coordinate with clients, agencies, field leaders, and project staff
• support permitting, preconstruction, and process improvements.
