What you'll do

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial doors, docks, and related hardware
• diagnose issues involving springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components
• install and configure locks, handles, closers, low-voltage, and access-control systems
• ensure work meets safety and building-code standards
• explain repair processes and solutions to customers
• maintain service records and reports
• perform quality checks on installations and repairs.
