• Collaborating directly with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Cultivating meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

What we're looking for

Education

High school education or equivalent. Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification.

Experience

1 year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred. Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
