Seed Production Agronomist

What you'll do

• Support grower recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration
• scout fields and monitor crops
• document observations
• assist detasseling, rouging, and pollination-management coordination where applicable
• collect field data and yield estimates
• support harvest planning and logistics
• assist parent-seed inventory allocation
• execute agronomic production plans
• coordinate agronomic inputs
• support bin sampling and compliant field records
• assist field mapping, seed certification, and production-system data entry
• use agronomic technology
• support continuous improvement and mentor Production Technicians.
