Building Maintenance Helper

What you'll do

• Maintain and clean mechanical, electrical, and shop areas
• perform repairs to buildings, utilities, grounds, and equipment
• conduct utility and equipment tests
• record data in building logbooks and equipment records
• coordinate parts, supplies, and equipment
• perform routine maintenance and assigned tasks
• process departmental paperwork
• follow facility and engineering safety policies
• communicate with property management, tenants, staff, and visitors
• participate in rotating on-call duties if applicable.
