What you'll do

• Prepare and present cost plans and estimates
• review contractor estimates and submissions
• manage cost checks, valuations, change orders, contingency, and commitment tracking
• review pricing and negotiate contract prices
• prepare monthly cost reports and funding presentations
• support value engineering
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor team members.
