What you'll do

• Create and adapt learning content for diverse audiences and eLearning formats
• develop interactive modules using Articulate 360, especially Storyline 360
• incorporate accessibility features including captions, alt text, and screen-reader focus order
• gather information from subject-matter experts
• apply ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy
• write voiceover scripts and create presentations, infographics, knowledge checks, and activities
• conduct peer reviews and testing
• present modules for feedback
• maintain modules
• evaluate training effectiveness
• upload, manage, and track courses in LMS
• document processes and procedures.
