What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• greet guests, take orders, and offer recommendations
• create cocktails using established recipes
• organize and clean the bar
• monitor inventory and order supplies
• process payments and handle cash
• check identification and refuse service to intoxicated guests
• collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff.
