What you'll do

• Plan, organize, schedule, and direct grounds and landscaping work
• develop long-range plans for facility grounds
• recommend changes to methods, equipment, and plantings
• coordinate work with POA departments
• oversee grounds preservation and care
• train staff in plant care
• support equipment maintenance programs
• schedule fertilizer and pesticide applications
• monitor contractors
• enforce safety
• prepare departmental budgets and recommend capital expenditures
• supervise hiring, training, assignments, and performance.
