What you'll do

• Manage QA support-unit services, schedules, and resources
• oversee document management and review or approval of batch records, QC data, SOPs, material releases, and final product releases
• delegate work and support manufacturing
• ensure safe release of cellular products and compliance with applicable CGMP, GTP, and company procedures
• maintain documentation policies and conduct internal audits
• author and review SOPs and validation documents
• oversee QC certificates, batch records, deviations, and corrective and preventive actions
• support investigations, validations, specifications, audits, training, and quality metrics
• manage and develop the QA team
• implement and maintain client Quality Agreements.
