Peer Navigator / Peer Support Specialist (ICS)

What you'll do

• Share lived-experience perspectives with clients
• connect clients to community resources
• help clients and families with problem solving
• provide individual, group, and family services, including non-traditional hours when needed
• maintain required documentation and outcome data
• coordinate with treatment teams and community agencies
• participate in outreach and peer review
• use de-escalation techniques and administer the C-SSRS.
