What you'll do

• Oversee help desk operations, coverage, queues, assignments, priorities, and escalations
• track service metrics
• coordinate hardware, software, network, and application support
• supervise, coach, train, and evaluate help desk staff
• maintain ticketing and documentation standards
• oversee onboarding, offboarding, endpoint management, and equipment inventory
• improve procedures and workflows
• support cybersecurity and compliance requirements
• coordinate vendors, technology delivery, and budget planning.
