What you'll do

• maintain service reports, work orders, and maintenance records
• communicate updates and solutions to customers, supervisors, and plant personnel
• promote safety and quality
• train and mentor technicians
• supervise Technician I, II, and III team members
• plan and direct work, evaluate performance, and address employee concerns
• travel to customer sites as needed.
