What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Observe vital signs and overall condition and report changes
• support medication administration according to care plans and HIPAA requirements
• prepare meals for individual dietary needs
• assist with transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment
• maintain clean and safe client spaces
• and provide transportation assistance for appointments, errands, or community outings.
