Autism Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Yorkville, IL, with work across BPI clinics, client homes, schools, and community settings. Clinic operating hours are 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with start and end times varying by location and client schedules. Compensation is $18–$26.25 per hour, based on experience. Behavioral Perspective provides therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with autism. Working one-on-one with clients and alongside experienced managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts, the technician supports individualized therapy goals. The work helps clients build self-advocacy, life, communication, and social skills and address challenging behaviors.
