The Caregiver, Assisted Living & Memory Care, 2–10 PM role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Pay is $17–$19 per hour. The position supports residents at Discovery Village at Dominion Assisted Living, where caregivers help enrich seniors’ lives and maintain a safe, comfortable home-like environment. The caregiver provides hands-on personal and emotional support, helps residents maintain independence and dignity, and contributes to their safety and well-being through routine checks, companionship, activities, and communication with supervisors about changing care needs.

What you'll do

• Monitor an assigned group of residents and conduct frequent checks
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and eating
• respond promptly to security systems and call bells
• maintain clean and organized resident rooms and work areas
• provide companionship and emotional support
• engage residents in life-skills activities and enrichment programs
• notify supervisors or the health care coordinator of increased care needs.

Why this role
