What you'll do

• Source aircraft parts and materials from approved vendors
• place purchase orders based on parts order submissions
• follow up on confirmations, delivery schedules, and backorders
• negotiate pricing and terms
• coordinate warranty claims and core returns
• maintain purchasing and supplier records in ERP and MRO systems
• support inventory replenishment
• communicate delivery dates and shortages
• track supplier performance
• support parts margin objectives.
