Senior Capture Manager — Federal Contracts

The Senior Capture Manager role is onsite in Washington, DC; compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Chief Growth Officer and supports IFAS’s growth strategy in financial management and related services. The role leads strategic federal opportunity capture from qualification through proposal coordination, helping IFAS pursue and win large contracts aligned with its service offerings. It builds customer and partner engagement, develops win strategies, and coordinates internal and external teams through the capture lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead capture efforts for strategic civilian and defense opportunities
• qualify opportunities and develop win strategies covering customer engagement, competitive analysis, teaming, solutioning, and pricing. Maintain the pipeline and CRM records, engage government customers, shape solicitations, coordinate partners, subject-matter experts and proposal teams, and support gate, black-hat, and color-team reviews. Represent IFAS at industry events.
