Security Officer — Entry Authorization

The Security Officer — Entry Authorization role is onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL. Compensation is $19 per hour. The officer helps safeguard the site and provide a welcoming environment by verifying access, assisting visitors, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and documenting security activity in accordance with site procedures.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following access-control procedures and emergency response activities
• monitor entry and exit points
• verify identification and credentials
• manage visitor sign-in and direct authorized individuals
• respond to alarms and incidents and escalate concerns
• patrol common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• document security observations and activity.
