The Cook Supervisor role is onsite in Marlborough, MA, at Anduril, 158 Waterford Drive. Compensation is $23 to $27 per hour. The position supports Eurest’s food-service operations at the site. The supervisor directs food-service associates and helps ensure meals meet recipe, quality, temperature, portion, and safety standards. The role also supports efficient service by training staff, managing work assignments, monitoring supplies, and maintaining food and equipment safely.

What you'll do

• Train employees
• plan, assign, and direct work
• appraise performance and address complaints or problems
• advise management on purchasing to minimize waste and avoid shortages
• use approved recipes and production standards
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food and maintain food rotation
• follow HACCP guidelines
• operate equipment safely
• help serve meals and receive customer feedback during meal periods.

Why this role

Full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Scratch cooking, safety, sanitation, and recipe compliance are required. An internal employee referral bonus is available.
