What you'll do

• Support the General Manager and club culture
• supervise, coach, and develop team members
• assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training
• lead membership sales and monitor performance
• manage leads and follow-up
• support marketing and community outreach
• resolve member concerns
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility appearance
• assist with payroll, scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
