What you'll do

• Audit monthly retiree payroll transactions and process adjustments
• implement or certify insurance vendor rate changes
• audit and process premiums, subsidies, and coverage changes
• prepare payroll reconciliation worksheets
• verify insurance records and correct discrepancies
• monitor eligibility certifications
• contact employers and healthcare administrators for Medicare forms
• investigate audit issues
• maintain retiree accounts and beneficiary records
• calculate benefits for designated beneficiaries and surviving spouses.
