The Associate Dentist role is an onsite position located in Panama, NY. Compensation is provided as a base salary of $200,000 with an earning potential up to $700,000 annually based on production. This role is part of a growing, multi-office dental group that provides comprehensive dental care and mentorship to its clinical staff. This role exists to provide high-quality dental care to an established patient base. The Associate Dentist will contribute to the group's success by performing comprehensive exams, developing treatment plans, and providing restorative dentistry while working in a collaborative, non-corporate environment.

• Perform comprehensive exams, develop treatment plans, provide restorative dentistry, perform simple extractions, and educate patients on oral health.
