Job overview

The HH-60 FCF Pilot role is onsite at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia, with travel up to 25% of the time, including out-of-state and overnight travel. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the AAFES for PR (ACC FCF) at Moody AFB and contributes to GMRE’s engineering and technical services mission. The role exists to conduct functional and operational check flights and related flight tests after maintenance or modifications, helping verify aircraft airworthiness and mission capability. It also supports safe flight operations through system checks, required reporting, documentation, and coordination with the site lead and government personnel.

What you'll do

  • Perform or support functional and operational check flights, maintenance flight tests, acceptance test profiles, and aircraft recoveries or deliveries
  • conduct system checkouts and other directed ground runs or maintenance flights
  • complete required reports and documentation
  • support flight safety and operations
  • accompany USAF personnel on deployments when requested
  • perform instructional duties when tasked.

Why this role
